When will my order ship? Any item with embroidery will be shipped within 10-15 business days. Any in stock plain items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders can not be shipped until they are paid in full.  Any item on backorder will take approximately 4-6 weeks.

How will I know when my order ships? We will send you an email confirming the contents of your order and a link to UPS so that you can track your order via the web.

How do I order for my child's school? You must register each student and school at Your School Store.  This store is for students whose school is contracted for uniforms from Flynn and O'Hara. 

How do I order uniforms if my school is not listed? If your school does not use Flynn and O'Hara please shop in our Girls' Store or Boys' Store for merchandise that can not be customized with embroidery or silkscreening.

I can not remember my password? Please go to the School Store Home Page and click on the request password hot link below the registered users login.  Do not go to the Change Password link on the left side of this page.

What is the difference between a Size 7 and a 7/?   A size 7 is a 7 childs and any size with the / behind it is a half or plus size.  A size 7 / in not the size between 7 and 8 childs.  The girls or teens plus or half size is for a fuller figured child.  If your child is a normal build please do not order a half size.

Is my order guaranteed for back to school delivery?  Any order placed before July 15th is guaranteed for back to school delivery.  While we make every effort to deliver before the start of school we can only guarantee that orders placed before July 15th will be delivered for back to school.
