Returns and Exchanges: Returns and Exchanges are accepted on any merchandise that is not washed, worn, or altered. Items must be in original packaging, with labels attached. A receipt must accompany all returns. A 10% charge will be deducted from the full refund for each year from the original order date. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. All cash refunds over $50.00 will be issued within 10 - 14 business days in the form of a check from our Corporate Office.
School Year Warranty: All uniforms are guaranteed for one school year for manufacturer's defects. Items with manufacturer's defects will be exchanged for the exact same garment. No size, style, or color changes will be permitted. No returns will be accepted after May 31 for defective merchandise. There is a 30-day from date of purchase guarantee on the knees of school pants.
Shipping and Handling: Each student will be charged a $9.00 shipping and handling. If your order is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii the shipping will be based on the total amount of your order.
Shipping: Any item with embroidery will be shipped within 10-14 business days. Any in stock plain items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders will not be shipped until they are complete. Any item on backorder will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
Credit Cards: Due to the custom nature of the products ordered your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
Order Confirmation: You will be notified within 24 hours that your credit card was approved and we will also confirm your order number.

Shipping Notification:  We will notify you within 24 hours of shipping that your order has shipped. This shipping notification will also include a UPS tracking number so you can track your package after it has left our warehouse.

Back to School Guarantee:  Any order placed before July 15th is guaranteed for back to school delivery.  While we make every effort to deliver before the start of school we can only guarantee that that orders placed before July 15th will be available for Back to School.
